USPS Tracking Reminder

USPS may not update tracking until shipments reach a regional distribution center. During this time, tracking may display "Pre-Shipment" even though your package is already in transit.

Paradigm's production and shipping timelines have not changed.

Please allow up to four (4) weeks for delivery before reporting a credential package as lost or requesting a replacement.
