IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Our USPS Lost/Damage policy has been updated effective October 21, 2024. All replacement orders for lost/damaged USPS credentials will be fulfilled as a 5-day order with no fees for the Rush service, if the order contains 6 or more records. All orders submitted with 5 or less records will be subject to a small order fee of $12.95. For all clients that renewed after December 2023 and now qualify for free credential replacements, please note that the above changes also apply. All replacement orders must be submitted as a 5-day service type service during checkout. If another service type is selected, we will process your order as submitted and the appropriate Rush fees will apply. Please reach out to Client Relations for your reorder note.

Attention: The USPS has announced temporary price increases for the holiday season. The temporary rates will be effective from 12:00 am CST on October 6th until 12:00 am CST on January 19^th, 2025.
